Ahoy!
For those who do not know me, I'm Lu Scaglione, but you can call me Lu
Old school doller, i've been doing it since 2007 with a few hiatus but I plan on getting full active again /o/
I'm in my mid-twenties, I work as a history teacher and I'm almost finishing my graduation on that subject too

Wow, a history teacher! What kind of history do you teach? Do you teach more culture-based, or event-based?

Well, I teach for teenagers basically national history (brazil history). I try to focus mostly in social history, thinking from an antropological view, but it's really hard to do that with the kind of material that we have. Most books still work with what we call "bigger history" (I'm sorry I translated from google, thats probably not the right term) that teaches very basic things like government and economy, large social structures, without really deepen in the subject.
